Michelle Nesbitt of Nesbitt and Nesbitt Business Services, d/b/a Anytime Services, Inc., owns one of the (if not THE) best SSes I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Dawn Bath, the manager there, is also very pleasant and professional. They pay top dollar on the theory that NSAs who work for lowball are worth what they are paid, and they pay when they say they will. They are also a delight to work with (of course, I could be biased since they laugh at my jokes!)

Tim's not the only one who feels that way about all of you at Anytime Services. You have always been right there 24/7 whenever I or the borrowers have questions. You understand the perils, pitfalls and frustrations of notaries in the field because you have been and still are performing closings yourselves and know exactly what the notaries who work for you are going through. You know your lenders and title companies backwards and forwards, what they want and expect with their documents, who to call when necessary, and what to say to a borrower as reassurance when we can't reach the loan officer or someone else. You go the extra mile to get docs on time or, if that turns out to be impossible, you keep both the title company and the notary continuously updated on the status of the docs and when they will finally be sent to the notary. And payment is on time, as agreed. When I'm going through my list of unpaid fees, and I see Anytime Services, I just skip over those as I know the check will be in my mailbox in due course, no sweat.

Where is Angie Notary Signing Services located? Have not heard of them before this. Premier Signing Service I have heard of, and have done some work for them, but it has been a while.
